Question: Why do my nuts start hurting for no reason, Is it a health concern!?
Ill just be sitting there at any time doing nothing, or standing, and just for some reason 1 of my nuts start hurting, left or right usualy not both tho, its a sharp pain that lasts for minutes and i dont know why it happens, should i be concerned!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A stone in the lower ureter, which can cause pain in the testicle on the same side as the stone!.
Enlargement of the veins within the scrotum (varicocele)!.
Fluid in the testicles, such as due to a spermatocele or hydrocele!.
Rarely, abdominal infections or bleeding!.

My husband gets really nasty pain in his testicles if he gets sexually excited but doesn't get a chance to have an orgasm!. I know it sounds funny but it really does happen and it's not a nice feeling at all!. He gets cramps so bad he can barely walk sometimes!.
