Because not all boys get it at 12!. You'd be able to ejaculate shortly!. When you feel like peeing really badly, let it happen, this is most probably the semen that you have started to produce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
omg that is something you really don't need to worry about, unless you are 15 or so, your body starts creating sperm at ages 12-13 but a few years on either side is normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
