The picture is definitely fake!. I know of no bodybuilder with that size/shape of muscles!.
He looks kind of like Jay Cutler, though Jay has a wider face!. Jay is pretty big, as is Greg Kovacs (though he might not look that way because he sometimes appears big but not well defined)!. Other names worth mentioning are Ronnie Coleman, Gunter Schlierkamp, etc!.
Open a bodybuilding magazine like Muscle Mag, Planet Muscle, Muscle & Fitness, etc!. & you'll see more "disgustingly strong guys" (who look defined & big)!. Arnold Schwarzenegger's generation had large bodybuilders, but they were smaller compared to the last decade of bodybuilders!.
