It depends on how it's done!. In a lot of places where they do circumcisions for religious reasons, they only remove part of the foreskin!. In the United States, a lot of doctors like to perform very extreme circumcisions, removing ALL of the foreskin, the frenulum, and often times additional shaft skin, to make the circumcision "tighter"!. It's good you came through with your frenulum intact; a lot of guys aren't so lucky!. That's THE most sensitive part of the intact penis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If the boy is circumcised at birth the frenulum is usually removed!. It's really too bad because it's one of the most sensitive parts of the penis so you end up loosing a lot more sensitivity there!. Sometimes when guys get circumcised later in life, they will still have part of the frenulum because the procedure on adults is done is more precise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If a guy was circumcised at birth the frenulum doesn't generally develop!. If circumcised later they will ask if you want it removed or not! I was circumcised at 18 and I chose not to retain it (looks better)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't think so!. I'm circumcised and I don't have one!. I didn't even know what a frenulum was until I looked it up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
