i have noticed when i roll back the foreskin of my penis, one sidestill has some skin sticking to the glans while on the other side, the skin has completely come off and is afully matured penis!. What I mean by this is the skin goes all the way back on one side and on the other side about a millimetre or half a millimetre is still hanging on like it was a couple years ago!. Should i just wait for time to let it go all the way back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may have a slight adhesion on the one side!. I'd roll back the skin, and GENTLY try and roll the 'stuck' skin off the glans!. If it won't let go, I'd go see a doc!. PS--you might want to do this in the shower after things are good and warmed up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take a bath:and retract the foreskin as far back till it starts hurting:hold that position about 5 minutes!.
Do this daily:in no time it is loose!.

If you are concerned about any thing that has to do with the functionality of your body parts i would go see a doctor in that area of practise or just go see your family doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pull it with your fingers, it shouldn't hurt if your penis has already matured fully as you have put it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
