Weight Lifting Help./?!


Question: Weight Lifting Help!./!?
I weight lift every second night i do 3 sets i first start off with 3kg then 5kg then 10kg and i do 12 reps why isnt my muscles getting bigger isnt that the point of weight lifting

Firstly - what muscle group are you training!?
Secondly - when lifting heavy, you must REST your muscles!. When you train muscles, you create tiny tears in the muscle fibre!. Muscles then need time to recover, repair and grow!. Overtrain and you will risk injury and not see results!.
