Can you get a firm, toned six pac by only doing the ab vacuum and gut punches?!


Question: Can you get a firm, toned six pac by only doing the ab vacuum and gut punches!?
If so, how often should I do them!? Should I alternate (do a exercise one day and do the other the next day)!? And how long a day should I do them!?

Also, is it good to have your stomach contracted the whole day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will need various exercises to get a realy good six pack!.
Exercises for the upper abdominals, exercises for the lower abdominals, and exercises for side abdominals !. There's an excellent ab program avalaible on youtube called 8 minute abs ( I do it daily but you could start by doing it twice a week)!. Yeah I know it looks cheesy and stuff but I have a lot of experience with workouts and this is one of the best ab workouts you can get!. Also I don't know how your body looks, but U will need to be pretty low on your fat if you want to see a six pack!. It requires lot's of work to get a six pack but it's worth the effort!. Eat right!. Cardio!. Crunches, Monkey situps, Balance your weight on your elbows and toes and clench your gut!.

Provided you're not like outstandingly overweight with the worlds worst genes, you WILL get a six if not 8 pac!. However, i've had one since i was 12 and i never stepped foot in a gym until i was like 19!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
