Will Protein shakes effect my weight loss?!


Question: Will Protein shakes effect my weight loss!?
I work out 3 times a week and do cardio (usually running) 2 times a week and keep on a healthy diet!. My overall goal is losing some weight and building muscle!. Recently ive started making protein shakes after my workouts using whey protein (1-2 scoops) with milk, fruit, and yogurt!. Ive been seeing good results with muscle build but im curious if the protein is hurting me more than helping by effecting my weight loss!. any suggestions would be great ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Weight Loss depends on number of calories burn vs!. number of calories consumed!. If you have added the shake to your normal eating habits it could be hindering your weight loss but it is probably good for you so I wouldnt worry about it too much!. Just keep working hard and I am sure you will lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
