Question: I need to know what happened to my dad!. He is very ill!. Can you please help!?
My dad is not doing well!.
A couple of months back, he was diagnosed with Urine Infection!.
He recovered a little bit, but now after Ramadan, he is getting worse!.
His Urine is kinda red, and seems like as if he is losing blood!.
He doesn't wanna eat or drink, and he lost some weight too!.
Some symptoms:
-No appetite
-Not thirsty
-Itchy body
-Fever
-Burning while urinating
-Acidity
All these problems started after he quit smoking!.
But he had these little problems before!. They just got worse!.
He will probably get checked out by a doctor soon, but we don't know what the problem might be!.
Last time he went for a check up, his Kidney, Liver, Lungs were fine!.
But that was last month!.
So, do you have any idea what might be the problem!?
Any advice will be helpful!.
We are all very worried!.
And please provide some tips!.

i am sorry for the frustration; the fear of unknown!.!.!.
i have experienced the same issues in past uti was what they thought!.!.!. but after tests came back with no answers (excuse the frankness) i had the blood, burning, fever, loss of weight/appetite, also some you do not mention cloudy urine, odor to it!.!.!.
everytime the dr diagnosed as uti and then ran tests - negative!.!.!.!. finally it was determined as being kidney infection!.!.!.!.
-so, for me; it is what always comes to mind when someone gives those as persisting symptoms-
--> i suggest first you do increase water intake ** we do not always 'feel' thirsty when we really are** even though i did not feel thirsty if i drank more water- i did not have as bad symptoms
since mine is an unprofessional guess -i am not a dr- i went to web md to try and come up with valid reasons for your father's issue!.!.!.!. please keep in mind the following information though - i copy/pasted from their site!.!.!. it pertains to any situation without someone examining your father; there is NO way to either rule any of the possibilities out nor to add any reasons that do not appear as logical reasons;

A bad urinary tract infection can cause all of the symptoms you listed!. What probably happened is that the original treatment didn't completely kill the infection, so now it's coming back worse than before!.
He needs antibiotics as soon as possible, because an infection like this can spread through the body and make him dangerously sick!. I have seen people die from infections like this!. He should really go to the hospital!.

It sounds like some sort of infection to me -- or possibly a diffuse malignancy!. Blood in the urine is not a good sign, but all the symptoms you gave are consistent with either!. Given the prior diagnosis I suspect infection -- and that the infective agent was partially resistant to whatever anti-biotic they gave him!.

Your dad need to go to the doctor quick!. And I thought that you can eat during Ramadan if you get sick or have your period!? And your dad is sick and I guess is having a "period" kinda thing lol jkjk (thought you may need a little chuckle to relieve your stress!.) But yeah Doctor quick! i would say its very important he see a doctor!. If he is resistant then you can get urine test strips from the chemist which will show if blood is present in the urine!. They can give multiple indicators!. This maybe a good way to convince him to see the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ne needs to be forced to drink to stay hydrated:that is very important,or else he gets sicker:dehydrated as well!.
Try to give him some soup too!.And the urine infection is still there,not gone completely

It sounds to me like your father has a bad urinary infection!. The red urine would be blood!. He needs to see a doctor immediately to take some antibiotics otherwise he will damage his kidneys and get very sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
