Vasectomy reversal options?!

Question: Vasectomy reversal options!?
I had a vasectomy nearly 10 years ago!. I have since divorced and remarried and my wife and I are exploring options as to what to do if we decide to have a child in the near future!. She is from Colombia and wants to talk to a doctor in Colombia!. That is fine with me, but are there options and resources here as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nearly ALL vasectomies can be reversed!. The only way one cannot reverse a vasectomy is if the doctor took inches of the vas deferens out AND removed it very low by the testicles!. (In our case, the doctor removed about an inch and tied all ends during the vasectomy, yet it was easily reversed!.) Whether a reversal would work after 10 years is another matter though!. You'd have to go to an expert, a micro surgeon that does reversals daily and is skilled in VE!. Prices in the US range from $1500 to $15,000 or more!. Why the wide range!?!.!.!.!.some doctors do reversals as a ministry and in their own private own clinics and with local anesthesia whereas others use hospitals and general!. Most reversals cost around 5-7000!. They do work in most cases, you with a 10 yr old V have about a 50-50 chance of your wife getting pg after a reversal if she has no fertility issues of her own!. There is the option of TESTE where a doctor would aspirate some of your sperm with a needle and do IVF with her (aspirated sperm are immature and few in number so they cannot be used for IUI, you have to do the egg harvesting and fertilizing in the lab)!. Obviously the second choice is very expensive and doesn't always work as well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on the kind of vasectomy you had!. If you had the kind where they inserted clamps on your seminal ducts then all they have to do is remove the clamps!. If they cauterized your seminal ducts (a true vasectomy) then you cannot reverse it and the only way to have children is through invitrofertilization!. A doctor would need to harvest your sperm cells and your new wife's ovum!. They would combine the two and insert them into your wife's womb!. While I don't know personally I have heard that reversing a vasectomy can be as expensive as having it done in the first place and its probably not going to be covered by your insurance!. I think a vasectomy is permanent!.
You probably should have frozen some of your sperm!.
I think your only option would be a test tube baby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's very hard to have children again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
