well first off, this is not a joke, i am completely serious!. i have never had sex, so i am pretty sure it isn't an STD!. i have small bumps that look below the skin on my penis and sac!. a few times they turn red, and right now one got really big and red and it is actually painful!. so if anyone has experienced this or knows what it may be, i would really appreciate your help!.
