when i was having sex i felt a sharp pain so i had a look and i was bleeding under my head where the foreskin joins to the head and now its ok just it looks like a piece is missing and i can masturbate ok with no problems just some times i get a pain now and again from being sexual active have i done something really bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm surprised at the number of people suggesting circumcision!. The foreskin is a natural and wonderful body part!. Although there is debate about it's value from a non-sexual perspective, there's no denying it enhances sexual pleasure!. North Americans, and specifically Americans are the only group on earth that circumcise men for other than religious reasons!. Female circumcision is referred to as genital mutilation, so why would we think otherwise for males!? There's lots of info out there, so read up!.

What you've done is torn your frenum either due to being too rough during sex or just being too tight there!. If you knew that it was tight then you should have been a bit more careful or tried to loosen it up in preparation!.!.!.
My advise is go see the doctor!. You might be able to get it sewn back together but they're probably more likely to want to just trim it off!. Go for the sewing it back on option if it's available though as it's a pretty sensitive part of you - if you get it cut off you won't grow it back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep it clean & let it heal, and it shouldn't be a problem!. If you find it happens again with any frequency, you should see a doctor!.
You could get circumcised if you want ugly scares all over your dick, & want to loose some sensitivity :-)

The foreskin just separated due to the activity, this would normally happen earlier in life!.!. for you it just happened later!. This should heal okay, but may take a little more time!. Nothing serious, other than the annoyance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
