Question: Does weight lifting contribute to balding!?
every website i been to says that weight lifting speeds up the process of male pattern baldness
is this true!. if so does it contribute a lot to male pattern baldness!. i always thought that it was heredetary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Me too have heard this several times, and I still do not know whether I should believe it or not!. Thats why if you see most of the hunks, they have a lot of hairloss and most of them are bald from the front!. But still some say its heriditary, since there are several hunks who still have a good heed of hair, inspite of weight-lifting!. If you are loosing out on your hair content, then its suggested that you use a good quality hair oil regularly!. Also use a proper hair shampoo and then condition it on alternate days!. Also gorge on healthy food which has Vitamin - H which is good for hair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
