I am a 13 year old male and I weigh 181 pounds!. So how do I lose weigh and get muscles!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly, cut down on fast foods and sweets!. To lose weight try swimming and use a sauna to sweat out fat, but remember to drink plenty of water!. Do daily push ups and sit ups, they are one of the most effective and common exercises!. Gradually build the number of push ups / sit ups when you feel ready, but don't push yourself!. Get yourself some weights, at your age probably a set of 2 1!.5kg, 2!.5kg and 5kg!. There are various exercises you can do with weights!. When doing push ups, the wider apart your arms are this works your abs and the closer together this works your arm muscles!. Try searching for Arnel Ricafranca on youtube, I have watched his videos and follow them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont hit the weigths yet, ur way too young!.( ull stay short if u start lifting now)
