How do I loose the fat around the middle?!


Question: How do I loose the fat around the middle!?
I just have fat around the middle, no where else!. I don't want to loose any weight or fat anywhere else on my body, just in the midsection!. How do I do that, just crunches!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to lose weight is to simply reduce the size of your meals!.
Be sure to eat 4-6 small meals a day instead of eating 3 sizeable meals daily!.
Next, you must burn fat in order for the muscle you already have to be visible!. So this means that you have to move for at least 15 min per cardio session!. You'll wanna combine a variety of activities so your not bored!.
Incorporate veggies,fruit and lots of water to your diet!.
I'd recommend eating a partial grapefruit with 1 of your 4-6 meals daily!.

Try this for 4 weeks and see what happens!

It's impossible to lose fat in a specific place!. Crunches won't help very much, only build muscle on your abs!. The only way to lose fat is to diet and exercise and that is distributed as your body chooses!.
For men fat is stored mostly around the waist and for women the butt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat less!.
Exercise (aerobically) More!.

There are no shortcuts, nor can you selectively lose fat short of liposuction (which I am assuming is not on the table)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just do crunches and ab workouts and it keeps me skinnyWww@Answer-Health@Com
