Answers:
Two things:

(1) Most likely he would not be deployed!.

(2) People who are not registered to vote are still sent to wars!.

All the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Army gives away waivers all the time for various medical conditions but the condition he has will most certainly put him at the end of the line!. However I think you meant register for the draft, yes he does have to register for the draft!.Men who do not register could be prosecuted and, if convicted, fined up to $250,000 and/or serve up to five years in prison!.The only thing you may get from registering to vote is a call to jury duty!. My brother has Grand Mal seizures so I sympathize but when it comes to defending the homeland, when I'm overseas fighting I would expect him to be prepared to defend this country even with a slingshot if thats all he has!. I was in IRQ for 2yrs with USMC and rocks can kill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to the best of my knowledge, you can't be in the military with epilesyWww@Answer-Health@Com

That would actually get him discharged on a Medical!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
