So, My boyfriend has been talking about needing to go to CVS- (like, a drug store- Walgreens, for those that do not know)!.!.!.I told him I would go with him, but he got somewhat defensive about it, saying he would go by himself!.!.!.
I teased him saying that "oh, you need to buy some private man products" and he just shrugged it off!.!.!.!.
We have been dating for a month, and we are in college- just incase that helps you with an answer!.!.!.
we are NOT sexually active!.!.!.
So- the question, are there things at drug stores that men are embarrassed to buy around other people!? I mean, it is not like he is a female going out to buy tampons or something!

Could be a prescription, or lube, jock itch medicine or anything else previously mentioned!. Why don't you just say ok, no biggie go ahead and go yourself, but will you pick me up some!.!.!.!. (whatever female item you choose) See how he reacts, it might lead you to a more open conversation!. A month is not nearly long enough to expect to be completely open about everything, especially if you are NOT sexually active, because you have not reached that level of trust and intimacy yet!. Yea there are lots of things he could be getting!. He could have a rash on his legs or on his pubic region and be buying bandages for it!. I know I wouldnt want my girlfriend to know that!. he could be taking vitamins for a problem he has or something he doesnt want you to know about!. Could be alot of things!.!.your Overthinking it!. Maybe he needs a powder or spray for jock itch!. Or, since you're not sexually active, he may be buying KY to masturbate!. Then, of course, the possibility exists he may be sexually active with someone else!.

I fail to understand what it is you seek to know!? Yes, there are some 'guy things' that guys like to shop for without having anyone else around!. My wife would never go into a store & buy herself sanitary napkins - I always did it!. Big deal!. It's just a fact of life!. Why be embarrassed over trivia!? After 33 years she still does not like to go shopping with me - because I like to browse & see what all is new or what's on sale!. She wants to go get the items she needs & get gone!. I do all the grocery shopping because I read the labels on EVERYTHING!. - & she couldn't care less!. If your BF does not want you to go shopping with him - don't push it!.
