Is there a special time when you would say it, would there be something that happens before you say it!? How long are you with someone before you say it!? Guys get very tough on themselves when they love a girl because they never know when to say it!.

Why are you so concerned!? Do you feel you're wasting your time on some guy because he hasn't told you he loves you yet!? If a guy really loves a girl - as soon as he figures it out himself - he will usually tell the girl he loves her!. But, if he's not ready for any type of commitment - forget it - it aint coming!. He might feel like he hasn't finished sowing his wild oats yet - or wants to 'play the field' for awhile in search of the 'right girl!.' Or is afraid of commitment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
