It sounds like you've swapped fat for muscle - therefore, the numbers remain the same!. You've reached a plateau - and that does happen!. Maybe a little change in your eating habits could help!. Try eating more fresh boiled or steamed vegetables & slack off the starchy stuff like potatoes, rice, pasta & bread!. Dump the junk food!. No more pie, cake, cookies, brownies, donuts, or candy!. No sweet sugary soda's!. Drink plenty of water & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing!. Meats need to be baked - boiled or broiled - never fried!. Stay away from Fast Food Joints!. Snack on raw celery sticks, carrot sticks, grapes, apples, plums, banana's, oranges, grapefruit, cantaloupe & honeydew melon!. Try this for 90 days along with your daily routines & see if you can't tell a noticeable difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Robert Y had the right answer!. Switch your diet!. Weight loss pills on the market today do relatively nothing!. I am a pharmacist!. I make my living researching this stuff!. Believe me!. There used to be good products on the market, but they have been pulled by the FDA (food and drug administration) due to safety!. Weight loss pills today aren't worth anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
