When erected it's about 6!.5 - 7 inches long!.
When it's not erected, it's only 1 maybe 2 inches long and it looks really small!. Is it too little when unerected!? Should i worry about it!?

actually your not that unusual i have known four guys and seen hundreds of men with the same sort of proportions as you have (i'm a naturist) i have seen thousands of (ding dongs) if your circumcised it do's tend to retract more when flaccid(soft) than a man with a foreskin you can worry if you like but it will not do you any good!.
