You're making the rather crass assumption that it's wholly the man's fault if a couple has unprotected sex!. Nope!. Only half his fault!. He should either use a condom or know that the girl is on birth control!. She should use birth control or know that he has a condom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The girl can say "no"!. She has control of her body and does not have sex without a condom!. Personally, I wouldn't do it without a condom if she's not on BC, because I don't want to father a child right now!.
