Question: When you lay down to sleep at night, do you sometimes involuntarily jolt for a second!?

the sudden feeling of falling!?, thats believed to be caused by our natural instinct from when we slept in trees and so when we did happen to slip or fall we would immediatley wake to grab something!. It happens to everyone at sometime!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, that is normal, sometimes the body gets out of sink and thinks you need to wake up when you are falling asleep, don't remember the exact definition but it's normal to happen occasionallyWww@Answer-Health@Com
