beside the abs (rectus abdominis) is the serratus anterior (superior side) and the external obliques (inferior side)!.

the serratus anterior is the one that looks like fish scales just below the chest!.

the external obliques point toward the center!. (lower muscle group)Www@Answer-Health@Com
