I just wnat to know the healthy ways of getting more protein, because im really thin for my age!. Also, if you know about protein shakes and stuff!. You can mention protein shakes (ones that work)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A simple, cheap, good tasting protein shake can be made by cutting up a frozen banana, with some orange/apple juice and a few ice cubes and a scoop of protein!. Get 100% whey protein!. That's the best!. I stopped drinking them because after my workout, I just eat a small can of tuna which has 30 grams of protein!. Since your skinny like me, I recommend lots and lots of pasta!. Carbs are good for gaining weight!. Also, try eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and drinking a glass of milk before you go to be!. That will help with weight gain to!. If your body is developed enough, start lifting weights!. If not, try some pushups and situps to get bigger!. Nuts, fish, beans, and grilled chicken are all good protein foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
