When it's not erect, it honestly doesn't matter, my partner's is 7 inches when erect but can look about 1 inch wen it's not!!! Lol,

The average when down is 9 inches on the lower side at least!. When Mr!. Dinky is up it's about twice the size!. If this is not the case then you should be checked out by your local doctor IMMEDIATELY!. You most likely have a form of HIV!.
