I am going to offer a few suggestions!. One see an orthopedist about this for it could be tightness of some of the muscles of the rotator cuff to a weakness in the serratus anterior!. There is also the possibility of a problem coming off the neck though this is highly unlikely as you have been to doctors about this!. You can also ask to be sent to a physical therapist!. The therapist is going to examine you for muscle imbalances and weakness!. If they are there it will be found!. The most likely scenario is that this is something that is just unique about you!. The therapist will look at this and could be able to give you specific exercises to strengthen any weakness!. The movements are easy but without seeing you it would be hard to guess which group it might be!. One thing that could be done is to watch your posture!. You might be inadvertently holding yourself in a position that promotes this!. Again a therapist would be able to detect this!. So start with an orthopedist or therapist to examine your problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is of no concern at all:and you have seen a few Dr's about it:start believing them!.
