Question: Why is it that Bruce Lee has small mustles in appearence,but is very strong and a body builder!?

Bruce Lee had speed!.!.!. and was trained to apply force!. Bodybuilders just grunt a lot an dlift a lot!.!.!.!. they're not so good at stamina!.!.!.!. all that bulk fatigues quickly because it takes a lot of energy to swish it all around as fast as Bruce Lee!.!.!. so those smaller wirey muscles on Bruce Lee have a distinct advantage when it comes to martial arts!.!.!. Also, Brce Lee was heavy on the cardio!.!. so his battle was a struggle against muscle atrophy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is true that people with big muscles are strong, however, having big muscles is not a necessity to be strong!. I don't have much of any muscles and don't work out at all, but I am stronger than many of my guy friends who are much bigger than I am!. I don't know how to explain it; it just happens!.
