You peak around age 20 to 25 Dude, which is where you complete puberty and complete physical growth!. Sex drive shouldn't drop off until you are in your 50's to early 60's and then the drop off is slow and happens over years!.

It usually is indicative of some other health issue if it shows up when you are in your 20's!. Diet plays huge with Dudes, and two important items are high level protein and minerals like a zinc supplement!.
Exercise and balanced eating is good for overall health and whatever benefits overall health benefits the sex organs and sex drive!.

Things like the onset of Diabetes can knock the crap out of the sex drive, and other things like worry and emotional stress can do the same!.

There are chemicals called endocrine disrupters and they are things that the body reacts to that look like estrogens, and can zap a male sexual system!. Examples would be if you heat food in a polyethylene container in a microwave and then eat the food!. Tofu and soy type food are rich in estrogens and should be kept to a minimum by males!.

Ethylene is a plant hormone and when heated or nuked, can change characteristic and the body can react to it like estrogens, killing the male sex drive and testosterone production!. That's why these products or chemical reactions are called endocrine disruptors!.
Never reheat or microwave heat food in a polyethylene container and eat it!. Tupper wear is a polyethylene container!. Polystyrene is another which gives off acetates as in foam camping plates !.!.white foam coffee cups!.!.!. acetates are murder on the male sex organs over a period of time!.

If you have undergone physical trauma like surgery, a broken bone or some major health issue in the last couple years, it takes the body several years to get over it, and less critical to life functions drop down and the system temporally goes into a type of survival mode!.

If nothing has happened to you Man, go to your doctor and he will check for some health changes in your body!. When in your 20's, aging is never the reason!.

A few item there that I been able to come up with!. Hope something here can help you Dude!.

Hoping the bests for you Man

Look into whether you are getting enough zinc in your diet, as well as whether you're eating enough calories!. You should be eating enough daily to maintain your body weight (roughly 2500 kcal in normal males)!.

Basically, if your missing some important factors in your diet then your testosterone levels may be low!. As I'm sure you can imagine, testosterone is kind of important for male sex drive, as well as other things!. If you pick up your diet, it's likely that you're drive will pick up again!.

My advice, though, is to see your GP!. If you're concerned about anything you should always speak to your doctor about it rather than asking people online!. The latter only leads to fear mongering and misinformation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you consult a urologist to be sure all the plumbing (which is rather delicate) is in good working order!. Although your overall health is good, there are some esoteric things that could be contributing!. The decline of sex drive with age is gradual, not sudden, and is more a factor in the 40's and 50's, not the 20's!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need a urologist!. The same thing happened to me!. It was like one day, BAM! I am not experiencing sexual desire or drive as well as attraction!. Does this sound like you!?

A decrease in your libido can mean only a few things at your age!. I am 21 and I have a very low testosterone!. Go to your doctor, tell him of your lack of libido!. He will draw blood and have some tests done, like your free testosterone, and total testosterone!. You have a hormone imbalance!. Either that or drug use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
