Assume the man is between 30 years old to 40 years old, sexually active!.
He has 2 options:

I'll take it either way!. When we have sex in the evening, we have more time to spend with each other!. In the morning, I am more rested and can usually last longer, but we are under time pressures to get the kids to school and me to work!.

As a general rule, men perform better sexually if they're well rested!. I would love to have sex in the morning because that's when I'm feeling "happy", but my wife isn't a morning person!.
