There are muscle in your bladder that twitch and contract when pushed to their limits!. You can try to fight against it and it may work for a little bit, but eventually you will sub-come to the will of the bladder!.
Also, keep in mind, the bladder is a pouch comprised of muscle tissue!. Muscle has memory and is expandable!. If you train yourself to hold your piss (like you did when potty training), your body will begin to react differently!.

They're finding a great deal of incontinance in people who hold their urine habitually!. Most are in professions that don't allow them to excuse themselves frequently, like teachers!. My doctor told me that if you ignore the feeling that you have to go, the feeling just stops coming eventually and you pee without even knowing that you had to!.
