for some reason no matter what, if I make out with a girl or fool around, I feel the urge to have to get tested months away for all stds, and if I don't I have an extreme edge of anxiety that last for mnths until the issue is resolved!. Is this supposed to happen this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seems like at worst it's some kind of obsessive compulsive disorder!. But it probably isn't that serious!. If it seems to interrupt your everyday life you may need to speak to someone about it!.
Just have yourself check regularly, every 6 months I believe if you are sexually active!. Make sure you ALWAYS not most of the time, always use protection, and try not to fool around with girls that get around too much!.
You should be fine!. To me it's better to be worried about getting an STD then be one of the stupid guys that think it would never happen to them and end up with something really disgusting!. Believe me, it's happened to a couple of my slutty guy friends!.

Firstly, make sure that you wear a condom!.
Secondly, ensure that you keep yourself scrupulously clean in the genital area - if not already circumcised you may find this helps you to be obviously cleaner!. There are also many research projects showing that circumcision provides an added degree of protection against many STIs including chlamydia, HPV (which causes genital warts and cervical cancer) and HIV/AIDS!. This protection is not 100%, but added to that of a condom is a very valuable extra!.
