Im getting fat ?!


Question: Im getting fat !?
i just now ate a WHOLE bag of chips!.!.

thats tha small bag i ate tha family sized one & i could no stop!.!.
& no less than a hour before that i ate a sandwhich!.!.!.!.
i just cant stop eating!.
& right now i am happy with my stature so what can i do to keep it!?!?
i would like to lose my extra baggage as well since im tryna lose weight anyway!.!.

Any suggestions here won't do a bit of good if you don't make a commitment to yourself to go through some sacrifices!. If not - then just foreget it!. You need to eat a good, healthy, balanced diet with lots of boiled or steamed vegetables!. Dump the junk food!. No more cookies, cakes, pies, donuts, chips, brownies, etc!. Slack off the starchy stuff - like potatoes, rice, pasta & bread!. Snack on raw celery sticks, carrot sticks, grapes, banana's, apples, pears, plums, oranges, grapefruit, cantaloupe, honeydew melon!. Drink plenty of water & fat free milk!. Meats need to be baked, boiled or broiled - never fried!. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the very same thing again in the evening after dinner!. After 90 days, you won't believe how much better you will look & feel & your weight will have trimmed down nicely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol, mate!. Don't buy the chips!.!. but I got that weakness too!.!. so that means you are going to have to work that sht off!. 1 large bag of chips = 1000 calories !.!. so man that's an hour on an exercise bike going hell for leather!. I'm eating some rice now!. 6 meals a day!. This week so far (since Saturday) I've done 14 hours in the gym!.!.!. I like chips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly cut back on the chips!.If you really want to lose weight,try having carrot sticks instead of the chips!.I dont know how much you eat during the whole day but cutting back is a good start!.And walk for 30 mins a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

R u a ***!? dude doesnt matter, go running 2 miles a day eat 3 meals a day work out a t the gym, change up ur routine to avoid muscle memory, this way u lose fat and gain tone!. Watch wut u eat read the pyramid and plan ur meals on that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating more healthy and you can still eat frequent because that way your metabolism will be working!. Some people eat every 3 hours but healthy and do exercise and still manage to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
