The testicles only hold sperm, not semen!. Male ejaculate carries 2 parts, the sperm cells, and the semen, which is the liquid the sperm swims around in!. The testicles only carry the sperm cells, which mixes with the semen (produced in the prostate)!.

No swelling occurs, but the glands associated with producing the ejaculate (the prostate, seminal vesicles and epididymous) do get "full" unless they are "drained"every once in a while!. That's why men have wet dreams if they don't relieve themselves!.

Balls (aka TESTICLES) do not store semen!. Any semen NOT ejaculated is absorbed by the body!. This goes for the ejaculate, too, for the most part!. Semen is constantly being produced as others die off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
