Is it better to have some fat rather than being very skinny when starting a work!

Question: Is it better to have some fat rather than being very skinny when starting a workout routine!?
Is it better to have some fat rather than being very skinny when starting a workout routine!? I heard that the fat can get converted into muscle when you work out, whereas if you're very skinny your body doesn't have anything to turn to muscle!. Is that true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No you would wanna be skinny!. Think about it!. If you are fat, u have to work the fat off in order to get in shape!. when ur skinny u dont have alot of fat so the process of getting into shape is much faster!. But if you are fat the first week if you run a couple miles a day and work out you will drop at least 10 pounds!. When your working out you want to also make sure that your consistant with it and break once a week so you will let your mussel grow!. The fastest way to loose fat and stay in shape is to run and do push ups!. push ups are really good!. they work out your chest and your arm mussels!.(practacly your upper body including your abs) drink ice cold water cause it burns calories because your body has to use energy to keep your temperature up!. plus it flushes out the fat!. instead of eating 3 regular meals, eat 5 small meals!. It may seem simple but youll see how hard it is to maintain!. try not to eat ice cream or any fried foods for those are just simply bad!. red meats are good just not alot maybe once or twice a week!. Hope this helped you i know its kind of long!Www@Answer-Health@Com
