Answers:
Kenacomb won't help to loosen your foreskin for sure!. Perhaps it could be helpful if the phimosis is causing itch or infection!.

You should stretch your foreskin when the penis is erect several times daily!. Everyday stretch it little by little and in a couple of weeks, you should be able to loosen it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Phimosis is present if the foreskin cannot be fully, freely and painlessly retracted to expose the whole glans and coronal sulcus (groove) both when flaccid and when erect!.

According to the manufacturer's safety leaflet:
KENACOMB is a trade name (manufacturer=s name) for an ointment containing a combination of the following
medicines:
? nystatin which is used to treat skin infections caused by a family of yeast-like fungi called Candida!. This
condition is known as candidiasis or thrush!. Candida albicans is the most common cause of thrush!.
Symptoms of skin infections caused by Candida include itching, redness, small blisters cracking or
scaling!. These infections usually occur between folds of the skin or around the nails!.
? neomycin, is an antibacterial medicine
? gramicidin, is an antibacterial medicine
? triamcinolone acetonide, an anti-inflammatory medicine which stops redness and itching!.
KENACOMB ointment is used to relieve the redness and itching of skin conditions which are likely to become
infected or are already infected!.

Clearly this ointment is not designed to do anything to even attempt to relieve phimosis, so the doctor would appear to have prescribed uselessly (unless you also have balanitis but not mentioned it in the question)!.

Cortico-steroid creams have been suggested as assisting with the resolution of phimosis but they only work in a tiny minority of cases and often actually make the matter worse by facilitating tiny tears in the phimotic ring at the tip of the foreskin!. These heal with scar tissue which is even less elastic than the surrounding skin and thus tighten rather than loosen the phimosis!.

Since you can retract when flaccid but not erect there is a distinct risk of paraphimosis!. This is where the foreskin is retracted behind the glans before or during erection but then becomes trapped there as it cannot expand enough to move back over the rim!. The tight foreskin then acts like an elastic band to constrict the shaft and cut off the blood flow to the glans!. This is an emergency condition which needs swift action to prevent loss of the glans!.

Phimosis and paraphimosis are best treated by circumcision which ensures permanent relief!. It also cures frenulum breve and prevents balano-posthitis!. There is a very strong body of evidence to show that circumcision provides a significant degree of protection against several STIs including chalmydia, HPV (which causes genital warts and cervical cancer) and HIV/AIDS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A thrush infection can cause the foreskin to rip easily and precludes stretching!. Use the Kenacomb for the recommended time and then start stretching!. Here's how!. http://xsorbit28!.com/users5/foreskinforu!.!.!.
It's not true that only a tiny proportion of tight foreskins are cured with steroid creams and stretching!. The tears that sometimes develop are usually due to thrush or fungal infections or stretching too fast, not Betamethasone which is a great help in speeding up the stretching process!. The stretching is what fixes the problem!. Betamethasone just speeds up the process and does nothing without the stretching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 16 to and have the same thing!.I have been stretching the skin over a month when it is hard it is slowly looseing up!.If you don't want to use the Kenacomb maybe try the strecting for a while and see how that goes!.Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
