Question: Is it okay to wet my bandages from an appendix surgery!?
I had my appendix removed a week ago through surgery, and they put three small bandages (2 in x 4 in) on my body!. Is it okay to take a shower and wet my bandages!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never be afraid to ask your doc questions like this!. If the doc blows you off or tries to intimidate you, find another doc!.
But a good doc will be happy to answer reasonable questions; far better to ask and not do something that causes you both a problem !
Your doc should have told you when the bandages could be removed!. THis may not have been passed on to you though!.
Generally you would remove the bandages, shower, dry, then replace with new bandages!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
