How can I grow decent sized muscles? I am only 13?!


Question: How can I grow decent sized muscles!? I am only 13!?
I'm 13 and my friends at school tease me of being skinny!.!.!. I eat a lot and excersize a lot!. How can I grow muscles in my arms!? Especially when I play Rugby (I get knocked over all the time) HELP!! I CAN'T FIND MY MUSCLES!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was just like you when i was 13 noow i am 15 and i have pretty big arms !. but what i did was just do a lot of pushh ups then when you feel that you are getting stronger start benching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are going through puberty!. One day you'll look back and wish you had the same metabolism like you do now!. It will change when you start gaining weight!. Your too active!!! Sounds like you need to get into some video games and do nothing!. Naw, that will just make you fat! Plenty of rest is recommended during these years into maturation!.
Watch that eating freely as you get older though!. Your growing now so you can eat pretty much anything, enjoy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't listen if anyone tell you Steroids! steroids is drugs NOT GOOD!.you are only 13 years old! you cant have muscles like bodybuilders! is not normal to have muscle in your age you are kid,eat 2000 calories a day and you are okay trust meWww@Answer-Health@Com

Find a sport you really like like badminton or baseball and keep playing!. In about 3 months you'll get muscles!. Oh yeah! And eat a lot of protein :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
