No he doesn't! After orgasm, the brain produces a chemical (endorphin) that makes a Dude feel weak and want a recovery time!.

Relaxation is one of the benefits of sex, and after about 10 to 30 min!. of recovery time brought on by that chemical!.!.strength which never really left, feels back to normal!.

No that is a wring idea that a man lose his strength from ejaculation!.
But you can ejaculate 1-2 times in day or you can ejaculate 15 times in a week!.
This is very needed to keep your prostate in healthy condition !.
