ok here goes, on the head of my penis (at the bottom, where there's like a ridge, its called the corona/crown, i think) i have these white lumps, very small & raised, they look exactly like this picture (though i do not have half as many)

ive had them for a few years (through my teens i was to scared to go to the doctor with this) now im 22 i was thinking if i should still go or if it is nothing ive heard of something called Pearly Penile Papules, but some webpages say they often are sore and itch but mine don't bother me at all, im almost positive it couldn't be genital warts because ive only ever been with my fiancee and i was her 1st to (& its not possible to have genital warts for about 4years now and had no pain etc) is this correct!? what do you think!?

You can develop these little lumpy things around your coronal boundary and it's perfectly normal!. Some people don't have any, some have a few and others have a large number!. There is no evidence that they are bad or dangerous!. Most will tend to disappear as you become more sexually active/masturbate!.
