In fact some gay men do have some bowel problems as they age!. Believe it or not some women's vaginas due fall out a bit - it's called a prolapse and is the uterus and is caused by not doing post-natal exercises and the suspensory ligaments holding the uterus in place not returning to normal after giving birth!.
Any person, be they male or female does encounter some changes in their anus muscles if they engage in anal sex!. This is mostly caused by the muscles adapting to increasing the anal opening!. Most of the time the change is only that the muscle is just a little more relaxed when not aroused but opens more readily/easily when entry is attempted!.
