I played football alot in high school!. Defensive Tackle!.
I never took supplements!. Many of my Family members are tall, but I did drink almost 2L of milk a day and had a high protein diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Im 15 and about 178 cm or 5'7 in, im ok with it and so should you, you cant change it so try to embrace it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
