How long till I see improvement?!


Question: How long till I see improvement!?
14, 5'7, 170 pounds (over-weight according to the BMI) It's not all fat!. I have muscle!. I've played sports my whole life!. I don't really care about my weight, it's just how I look!. And yes I am trying to lose weight!. But I just can't wait till I get a flat stomach and then start lifting weights!. I heard a think about fat turning into muscle!.

I Lift weights 3x a week (Mon!., Wed!., Fri!.)

Monday - Lift weights that improve my biceps and chest
100 reps each (sets of 10)

Wednesday - Lift weights that improve my triceps and chest
100 reps each (sets of 10)

Firday - Lift weights that improve my biceps and chest
100 reps each (sets of 10)

I also run on the treadmill 4x a week (Tuesday-Friday)

Weekend = Rest or basketball

How long till I start seeing some results!? So far I have done it for about 2-3 weeks!. I am 14 (I just started my freshmen year) and I should start doing these things!. So how long do you guys think!? 4 months!? I think when the year ends, I should see some big results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should get results pretty fast!. But damn dude where the **** do u get all that time!. I mean i get that i go to an Ivy league school (and i am so thankful to have that opportunity) but still if i lifted that much that often i would never get homework done, im a freshman also!. One suggestion though is that you have not included any core or leg muscle activities!. My suggestion is this!.

100 reps each (sets of 10) for triceps, 100-200 sit ups and stuff

Fir day - Lift weights that improve my upper and lower legs (quads, calves, etc)

run on the treadmill 4x a week (Tuesday-Friday)

Weekend = Rest or basketball

After a little while of the regiment you could pass as a monster football player!. Also you'll be so toned and shaped and chiseled you'll get all the girls you want!. Keep up this pace and i say you'll be well on your way to being a beast in at most a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think at age 14, you should be more concerned about socialization!. You shouldn't have such a rigorous routine as a 14 year old!.

You should look into nutrition programs under your parent's health insurance!. Ask your parents if they have good health coverage, and if nutrition counseling is covered, so that you can get healthy under a pediatrician's care, and more!.

Most health insurance policies cover what you are aiming for!.

You are young, you need to be under a Dr's care if you are working out to that extent!.

Your body is still developing, you need to work out under a pediatrician's care!.

If you want muscle, you need to do less reps with maximum weights!. Say, 3 x 10 at your maximum!. When you can do it, increase your weights!.
Lots of reps with low weights will get you fit but not buff!.
!4 is a good age, but don't stop! Make it a way of life, or you will quickly go to fat no matter which way you lift weights!.

If you cut the fat out of your diet--if there is any--it would help you cut the fat quicker!. I have a similar problem and I believe most men's trouble area is their stomach area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all depends on your body type!. I've had a gut for 3 months and I'm running and doing stuff every day!. It just depends on how your body burns it off!. Results will probably start showing up soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

well in order to see result u need to have a low crab and cal diet!. what u need to eat and drink is

Water only no pop or juice anything that doesn't have a lot of refined sugars in it!. natural sugars are ok but not too much hand squeezed orange juice is good
start eating at set time small small meals about 6 times a day witch snacks stick with a high protein of fish or chicken a lot of vegetables salads preferred with a vinegar dressing and fruits no fast food it kills ur body and hard for ur body to work

once u start eating at the same time ur body wont starve it's self example lets say u eat at 7am 12:30pm and 6pm and u missed a meal ur body is gonna put that food that u ate at 6 pm as storage witch is bad once u start eat more meals it tell ur body that ur gonna eat again and it Will burn the food and it will speed up ur metabolism

O yea u need to cardio daily and eat starchy food before u play basketball because rice,pasta,potatos is high in startch and will turn it into sugars in a long burstWww@Answer-Health@Com
