What would be the best way for me to build muscle ^_^?!


Question: What would be the best way for me to build muscle ^_^!?
I'm about 6'1 and weigh about 230lbs (more tummy than muscle)!. I think my upper body is the strongest since I can pick up my dad on my back and he weighs about as much as me ^_^ So, any tips!? =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Taking creatine is one of the best ways to build muscles!. Even if you're not lifting weights, they have proven that it is very healthy for and still builds muscle!. You must make sure that if you take it though, that you drink a lot of water because it can cause kidney stones!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to build muscle then you have to eat some protein, and wait for it to digest, then you have to work out until you get tired, then you have to go to sleep, and your muscle to build while resting!. Hope it works for you :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, i swim a lot and i find that it uses your whole body!. A lot of my fat had turned into muscle!. You should swim like an hour or more, at least 3 days a week if you really want to build muscles!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

as a male you have a natural better ability to build muscle and you need fat to produce muscle!. go to gym and do some weight training eat plently of protiens and maintain a healthy dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
