Dude, if it comes out of your healthy gear, and it isn't pee, quite likely it contains some level of sperm even if it looks clear!.
Even pr ecum which is made by the Cowper's glands can contain some sperm that it picks from the leaking of sperm into the urethra when you get really sexually built up or turned on!.

Colourless semen definitely does contain sperm and can make a girl pregnant!. So use contraception unless you are trying for a baby, even if your semen is usually clear!.
