Low body fat is good, it obscures your abs!. Here's a great exercise that targest all of your stomach muscles:

Lay flat on your back, hands behind your head, legs 6 in off the floor!. Do a crunch, turning your upper body to one side!. As you crunch, bring the opposite knee to your chest, touching your knee to your elbow!. Then do the opposite!. They're called bicycle crunches, and they work all of your abs and your obliques as well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having good abs is about two things !.!.!.

1!. Having large, defined abdominal muscles
2!. NOT having the belly-fat that might cover them up!.

At 14 most guys still have a boyish torso!. This is a good time to start caring about your body!. Because a lot of guys start getting fat at this age!.

Getting and maintaining abs will not be easy!. Even among teenage weightlifters, abs don't show!. A high-calorie diet (typical for weigh-lifters) creates just enough body fat that ab muscles are often not visible!. But once you condition your body, you will generally have the same habits and body composition throughout your life!.

You can do abdominal exercises to increase the size of your abs!. There are a lot of great abdominal exercises online!. The key is pain!. your abdominal muscles should hurt when you work out, or you aren't doing anything!.

Then, if you want your ab muscles to be visible you will need to have a low body fat %!. This is most easily done by being active for a minimum of 1 hour/ day and reducing your intake of carbohydrates in favor of more protein!.
