Sorry to disappoint you, but young men of 14 haven't quite reached the stage at which they can develop a six-pack!. Keep on with your exercises, though!. Broad shoulders, solid thighs, a bubble butt, rolling pectorals and a nice back and well developed arms are essential to go with your abs!. Just get the place ready for them and when they drop by they'll feel so welcome they will want to stay!.
