I believe the instructions on the container tell you how often to drink weight gainer 1850!. Nonetheless, I drank it with every meal, for a mid-day snak, and again at bedtime!. I have problem keeping weight on since I am so active; 1850 and 2230 worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
