Circumcision is the removal of part, or more usually the whole, of the foreskin that otherwise covers the glans (head) of the penis!. If you are circumcised then the end of your penis has an acorn like shape, sometimes also described as a helmet!.
An uncircumcised penis either has a sheath of loose skin that slides back and forth very easily or else it overhangs the glans and comes to a sort of tassel end, sometimes also described as an anteater snout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually there is a discolored line of skin making a circle on the shaft of your penis!.
If you can see your head of your penis right now, without doing anything to it, you are circumcised, if there is a flab of skin covering it, then you aren't!.

If you are flaccid and can see the head of your penis, you are probably circumcised!. If there is a scar going around the penis!. Most circumcised guys have a relatively immobile shaftskin!.!.!. meaning the skin wont roll over the head!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
