You bet!. Just last week we removed a spleen from a high school boy injured in the Friday game!. On the less serious side, even a bruise is a form of limited internal bleeding!. There are also those blows to the kidneys which cause players to whiz blood afterwards- another form of internal bleeding!. So yes, it's a rough game sometimes!.
