Question: Im 5'6 and weigh about 160 but i seem more buff than fat !?
i just started to bench and did 100 for about 5 reps is this good for the first time and what should i do to get to benching 150Www@Answer-Health@Com

If 100 isn't too much of a strain, but isn't too light, it's good!.
And to get to 150, just gradually add more weight onto the bar until you get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
